Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing JC Detailing Services.
Please ensure you have read our Terms of Service prior to your booking.
Please give at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule/cancel your booking. This will give us enough time to fill the slot. If notice is not given, full payment will be required for the cancelled service.
Booking times are a guide estimate. We receive multiple jobs a day so if our previous job takes longer than expected, it may have a knock on effect to following bookings on the same day. We will do our best to make you aware of any delays to your booking.
The customer is expected to empty the vehicle of any belongings prior to our arrival, we do not accept any liability for loss or damage to belongings left in the vehicle.
The customer is required to remove/refit any child car seats before and after a service.
The customer is required to ensure the vehicle is in a safe location with ample space to work around the vehicle prior to our arrival (no busy main roads).
Large vehicles with high roofs will be cleaned as best as possible due to safety and to prevent damage to the vehicle.
Quotes given via phone call/message are an estimate only. If any further charges are necessary after seeing the vehicle they will be quoted before work is carried out.
